These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the procedure for ordering, paying for, delivering and submitting complaints about products offered on our website. The Supplier (Seller) of the products offered in the SIRANA IPAK (hereinafter referred to as "Products") is SIRANA IPAK d.o.o. and the Customer is any visitor to the Web Catalog who selects at least one Product, completes the online order form and sends it to the Seller.

Products are ordered using the online form or by telephone. The Customer should complete the Profile with the general particulars required for the payment and delivery of the chosen Products and will be notified by e-mail after his/her order is fulfilled. After you select a Product, you may click its details and learn everything about it or have a better look at it and, if you want to buy it, just click the shopping cart and it will immediately be added to it. Within your shopping cart, you may choose quantities or select not to make any purchase. You shopping cart will be constantly visible and accessible to you so you can take your time browsing our window. Once you are done shopping, return to your shopping cart and select Complete Order. You will receive a notification of successfully completed shopping at your e-mail address.

Payment is made when picking up the goods and paid to the delivery person.

The right to unilateral termination of the contract (order reimbursement) without notice is available to all SIRANA IPAK web shoppers, within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In order for the Buyer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, the Seller must notify the Seller of its decision to terminate the contract unilaterally before the expiry of the deadline by an unambiguous statement by post, fax or e-mail, specifying his / her first and last name, address, phone number, fax or email address.

Request for a one-off termination of the Contract is sent to e-mail or by post to SIRANA IPAK d.o.o. Put Čikole 3, Pakovo Selo, 22320 Drniš Croatia. Confirmation of the receipt of a notice of unilateral termination of the contract Seller shall deliver to the Buyer, without delay, by electronic mail.

After the Buyer asks for a refund, it will contact the Seller's staff and give directions for the execution of the refund. In order for the refund to be respected, the returned goods must be undamaged, undamaged and in the original packaging.

If the goods are not in the proper condition (undamaged and in the original packaging), the Seller will not be able to accept the request for a refund and the Buyer will have to pay a fee of 100 kn to send the goods back to the home address.

If the product inspection by the Seller determines that the goods have been returned in the appropriate state, they will return the full amount paid by the Buyer to the current account or credit card, or in the same manner in which the Buyer made the payment, no later than 14 days after the receipt of the decision on unilateral termination of the contract.

The Seller can only return the money until after the goods have been returned to him, it is considered that the Buyer fulfilled its obligation on time, if before the expiration of the aforementioned deadline, it sends or hands the goods to the Seller, or the person authorized by the Seller to receive the goods. All items can be returned to the SIRANA IPAK d.o.o. Put Čikole 3, Pakovo Selo, 22320 Drniš Croatia, upon an approved request for a refund. The buyer is obliged to return the goods within two working days of the approval of the request.


Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne novine No. 41/14), we inform consumers that dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the service provided can be expressed in writing in writing, and we will without delay acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing.
