Prominski sir is a hard cheese made from high-quality cow's milk. Milk is collected from cows raised on our farm in the Promina area, which is where the name of the product comes from. 
Karst Prominas pastures; rich in various aromatic herbs that our animals consume every day on free grazing; are responsible for the fullness of taste. In addition, the taste reaches its perfection after a minimum of three months of maturing. Considering that this cheese is the best-selling product we have on offer and has satisfied even the most demanding palates, if you haven't tried it yet - what are you waiting for?!
